Crispy fried yummy meatballs.I got this recipe from my mom.

Ingredients:
1 Lb Minced Mutton
1 1/2 Tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1/2 Cup grated Coconut
1 Cup Shallots/Small Onion
1 Tbsp Pottukadalai/ roasted chana dal
2 Red chillies
2 Green chillies
Few Curry leaves
Few Coriander leaves chopped
1 Tsp Sombu
1/2 Tsp jeera
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Preparation:
- Pressure cook meat with ginger-garlic paste and salt.
- Once cooked, open the lid and continue cooking till all the water evaporates.
- Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan and fry coconut, onion, pottukadalai, red chillies, green chillies, sombu and jeera till onions become soft.
- Grind this mixture in a blender along with cooked meat coarsely.
- Transfer the mix into a bowl and add chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt.
- Make small lemon sized balls out of the mix and deep fry in medium flame.
- Serve hot.
