hi,
does anybody know to make dhokla? every recipe i'v tried comes out hard and very difficult to swallow. pls help!

Hi Dums , I've always used an Instant, store bought dhokla mix and it comes out pretty good. Let me ask around and see if I can gather some tips for making dhokla from scratch!
