If you are looking for a tasty kebab/kabab that can be prepared quickly, this is the recipe for you.You can serve this yummy kebab as an appetizer or side.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 egg beaten
3 garlic cloves crushed
1/2 onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder (dhania)
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsps garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
1-1 1/2 cups fresh white bread crumbs
1 chili chopped
salt
oil for deep frying
Preparation:
- Place ground beef in a large bowl and add egg,garlic,onion,spices,salt,lemon juice,bread crumbs & chili.
- Using hands or a wooden spoon ,mix the ingredients together, until the mixture if firm.
- If it feels sticky , add more bread crumbs & mix again till firm.
- Heat oil in a heavy pan .
- Shape the mixture into balls or fingers & fry for about 5 mins or until well cooked and brown.
- Using a slotted spoon ,drain the kebabs & transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels.
Tips:
- If serving as an appetizer ,insert a toothpick in each ball.Makes it fun & attractive.
- Can be served with a spicy dip or sauce.
- To make Fresh Bread crumbs-Put 2-3 slices of white bread into blender or food processor.Pulse for a few secs.
