These cutlets will disappear the minute they are served - an instant hit at any party.Try this delicious and 'uncomplicated’ cutlet recipe.My guests always want to know how it is made. 2 large potatoes cut up. 1 large onion chopped 1 cup fresh or frozen green peas 1 cup fresh or frozen carrots 1 /2 bunch coriander leaves chopped salt fresh ground pepper 1 egg beaten (OR) 2 tsp maida mixed with water- for those who want to avoid egg. 2 cups bread crumbs on a flat plate Oil to deep fry. Preparation:
1.You can boil potatoes separately and then add them to the mix .The results are the same. 2.If you want to avoid deep frying –bake cutlets at 400 F for 30 mins turning once halfway through cooking. 3.Rub some oil or wet palms while making the shape to avoid the mixture form sticking to your hands.
