Delicious and juicy fried beef that is simple to make. There are 2 methods to prepare this dish.

Ingredients:
Beef 1lb.
Chilli powder 1tsp.
Salt 1tsp.
Tamarind paste 1tsp.
Enough water to cook.
Oil 4 ounces.
For Garnish:
1 onion – cut in rings
1 green chilli cut
lime juice (according to taste)
Preparation:
- Cut the chunky beef into 2" pieces. Wash it and pressure cook it with chilli powder, salt and tamarind paste till meat is cooked.
Method 1:
- Heat the oil and pour in the cooked beef. Cook it till it is dry. Now it is ready to be served with rice,chappati or bread.
Method 2:
- Flatten the cooked beef pieces with a wooden hammer or meat mallet gently to make it even and soft.
- Heat oil and deep fry it. (Note:Don`t be surprised if it looks like charcoal.It sure tastes yummy.)
- Serve it with onion rings and cut green chilli mixed with lime juice.Enjoy!!!!
