A vadai made with ground meat-seasoned with spices.Goes well as a side for any meal and can also be served for snack along with tea! 1 lb mutton/beef kheema 1/2 cup Channa dal /kadalai paruppu/yellow split peas 2 tsps Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder Salt 1 egg 2 tbsps cooked mashed rice Oil for frying.
