A delicious, eye pleasing milk shake for those hot summer days. Khus syrup is dark green in color and is an extract from the khus plant. It is known to cool the body.

Ingredients:
3 /4 cup khus syrup
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1 tsp takmaria / sabja seeds (soaked in hot water)
Preparation:
- Blend all of the above (except the seeds) in a blender.
- The milk shake should be light green in color and taste sweet. Adjust syrup if necessary.
- Pour into tall glasses.
- Top with takmaria and enjoy!
Tips:
Khus syrup and Takmaria seeds (tiny black seeds) can be found in an Indian grocery store.
