Mango Lassi

 A  deliciously sweet and smooth mango flavored yogurt drink.

Ingredients:
 
1 - 30 oz can kesar mango pulp
1 - 32 oz container plain whole milk yogurt (use 3 / 4 )
1  ¼  cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup ice cubes
 
Preparation:
 
  • Blend the mango pulp, yogurt and sugar in a blender until  the sugar has completely dissolved.
  • Pour into a pitcher. Add the water and ice cubes. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
 
Tips:
 
You can also substitute milk instead of water.
