Banana Dosai

 It can be prepared in minutes to serve sudden guests at home!!


 Ingredients:
 
Medium sized Bananas – 2
Maida flour – 4 cups
Milk – ½ cup
Salt – A pinch
Water – 2 cups
Sugar – 2 cups
Oil
Ghee
 
Preparation:


  • Mix the maida flour, bananas, milk, salt, water, sugar into a thick paste with the help of a blender / mixie.
  •  Heat non stick tawa, Grease it with oil.
  •  Pour the paste into round dosais. Cook both sides till it becomes golden brown.
  • Add ghee on top of the dosai and serve hot.
 
Tips:
 

Jaggery can also be added instead of sugar.

 
Ease of preparation : Very easy - can be prepared in minutes

Athiya, I've never heard of a banana dosai!!!! Sounds yummy and super easy . Will def. try this soon coz the ingredients are things we always have at home!
