Moong Dhal Dosa

This is a simple dosa for which the batter need not be fermented.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Raw Rice
1 1/4 Cup Yellow Moong Dhal (Pasiparuppu)
1 Red Chillies
Few Coriander / Cilantro leaves
Salt to taste


Preparation:

  • Soak rice & dhal for about 2 hours.
  • Grind to a smooth paste with red chillies,coriander leaves & salt.
  • Make thin dosa.
