Chicken pieces simmered in a rich coconut milk gravy.A dish I make almost every other week.Great with ghee rice. 1 lb chicken 1 large onion chopped 1 tomato chopped 3 tbsps chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsps chopped mint leaves 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp coriander powder 1 /2 tsp chili powder 1 /4 tsp turmeric 3 cardamoms 2 cloves 3 pieces cinnamon 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup water 2 tbsps oil salt to taste Preparation:
