In this dish the chicken is marinated in yogurt seasoned with Tandoori masala and then cooked. Ingredients: 4 chicken quarters-no skin 3/4 cup plain yogurt 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp garlic paste 1 1/2 tsps chili powder 1/4 tsp turmeric 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp salt few drops of red food color 2 tbsp veg oil Mixed salad,lime wedges,1 tomato quartered to garnish Preparation:
