Traditional Kerala dish that goes with rice/sambar or curd rice. Got this recipe from my mom.![]() Ingredients: 3/4 Cup thinly sliced Ginger(skin removed) 2 Tsp Coriander Seeds 3 Red Chillies 1/2 Tsp Tamarind Paste Little Turmeric Powder Salt to taste Oil for frying Seasoning: 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds 2 whole Red Chillies broken Few curry Leaves 2 Tsp Oil Procedure:
