This South Indian dish goes very well with Idli/dosa/rice. Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Thuvar Dhal 1 Tbsp Moong Dhal (pasi paruppu) 1/2 medium Onion diced 1 Tomato chopped 2 Green Chillies sliced 1/2 Tsp Tamarind paste Few pinches Hing 1 Ridge Gourd (skin peeled & cut into big pieces) 1/4 Cup chopped Coriander / Cilantro leaves Dry roast & grind to paste: 1 Tsp Chana Dhal(kadala paruppu) 1 Tsp Urad Dhal 2 Tsp Coriander Seeds 1 Red Chillies Few Methi Seeds 2 Tsp grated Coconut Seasonings: 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds 1/2 Tsp Urad Dhal Few Curry Leaves Preparation:
