Eggs cooked in a delicious coconut milk gravy, flavored with masi (maldivian fish).A very easy and quick recipe that is excellent over idiappam or puttu…even parota!
![]() Ingredients: 4 eggs
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp masi powdered
1 large onion sliced
1 tomato chopped
10 oz coconut milk
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
1/4 cup water
Preparation:
Tips: If using coconut milk that is not thick, you do not need to add the water.
