This dish is famous down south in Tamilnadu - especially to serve newly married couples.
Ingredients:
Eggs – 4
Sugar – 8 tablespoons
Salt - A Pinch
Ghee – 1 spoon
Milk – 2 tumblers
Cashew nuts
Raisins
Preparation:
- Add all the above ingredients except cashews and raisins in a bowl. Mix it nicely with electric beater for 5 min. Transfer this mixture to a microwave safe bowl.
- Just add the cashews and raisins on top. Keep in high for 10 to 12 min. Do not open the oven for 10 min. Let it be in the steam.
- Insert a knife, and if it comes out clean, cut into square pieces and serve it either hot or chilled.
