Pieces of fish smothered with a green paste of fresh mint, cilantro, lemon and spices and baked till tender and juicy. It tastes so refreshing and light!![]() Ingredients: 1 lb firm fish cut into 3 inch pieces
Oil to baste when baking
The Green Marinade:
1 ½ cup fresh cilantro / coriander leaves chopped
1 /2 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
1 - 2 green chilies
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt (add more or less according to taste)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 /4 tsp garam masala

1. Use any firm fish -
Tilapia, catfish, salmon, cod , haddock etc. work well.2. Increase or decrease the quantity of green chilies and garam masala to add or reduce the heat in this dish.
