Growing up, we've eaten this delicious fish gravy umpteen number of times - simple & quick to make & the slight tanginess from the tamarind is perfect. Ingredients: 1 lb fish - medium pieces 1 onion - thinly sliced 1 tomato - chopped 2 tsps coriander powder 1 pinch turmeric powder 1/ 2 tsp chili powder 2 green chilies 3 curry leaves 1 /4 tsp mustard seeds 1/ 4 tsp cumin/ jeera seeds 1 pinch - fenugreek / methi seeds 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsps chopped coriander/ cilantro leaves 1 tsp tamarind pulp (add more according to taste) 1 /2 cup coconut milk 1 ½ - 2 cups water Preparation:
