Ingredients: 2 Tilapia Fillet (cut into 1 inch pieces) 3-4 big Shallots chopped 1 inch Ginger grated 2 cloves of Garlic chopped 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder 1 1/2 Tbsp Coriander Powder 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder 1/4 Tsp Fenugreek Seed Powder 2 stem Curry Leaves 3 pieces of Kokum (meen puli) soaked in 1/2 cup warm water for 1/2 hr 1 Tbsp Oil Salt as required Preparation:
