A very tasty and yummy fish fry, with mouth watering taste. Even if there is somebody who does not like the smell of fish, they will begin to love eating fish!

Ingredients:
Vanjiram fish : ½ kg
Chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder : 1 tablespoon
Salt: as needed
Refined oil: 2 tablespoon
Onion: 2
Tomato :1
Mint leaves ( pudina leaves )
Preparation:
- Cut the fish into slices.
- Mix half the chilli powder, turmeric powder ,coriander powder and salt .Rub this mix on the fish and marinate it for 10 minutes.
- Shallow fry the fish pieces on both sides in a non stick tawa and set aside.
- In a separate non stick broad based vessel, add oil. Add finely chopped onions and salt. Cook until the onions are tender.
- Add the tomato to it. Along with this add the mint (pudina) leaves. Now add the remaining masalas such as chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder . Cook till the raw smell is gone.
- To this masala mixture add the shallow fried fish. Garnish it with little more pudina leaves and close the vessel with a lid. Cook in low flame for 10 mins.
- Serve fish hot with rice or parata.
