A classic South Indian side dish which can accompany virtually any main dish (except seafood) both veg and non-veg.![]() Ingredients: 500 gm Mutton or Chicken(cut into small pieces) 50 ml Oil 1 Medium onion chopped 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Garam masala 2 Medium tomatoes chopped salt to taste 2 tsp Lemon juice For masala paste : (for grinding) 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 pod cardamom 2 cloves 1 pieces of cinnamon stick -abt 2 inches long 2 tsp Whole pepper 1 Medium onion A few coriander leaves to finish.
