Rice cooked with dollops of ghee and whole spices.Can be eaten with almost anything. 2 cups Basmati rice 4 cups water 1/2 cup coconut milk or 2 tbsps coconut powder 2 onions sliced thin 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste 3 cardamoms 2 cloves 3 pieces of cinnamon 2 bay leaves(optional) 2 tbsps chopped mint leaves 2 tbsps chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsps ghee/Indian butter
Preparation:
Tips: Garnish with fried onions if desired.
