A simple rice preparation with jeera , whole spices and ghee. Jeera Pulao is a "convenient main dish" since it can be served with almost any side you can think of! 2 cups Basmati rice 1 ½ tsp jeera 4 cardamoms 3 cloves 3 pieces cinnamon 3 tbsps ghee/butter salt water to cook rice.
