Sweet made of almonds that tastes so delicious. Major Diwali hit .Got this recipe from Mrs.Vasu.

Ingredients:
4 Cups Badham/Almond Paste
4 Cups Sugar
4 Drops Yellow Food Color
3 Sticks Unsalted Butter
Preparation:
- Soak almonds in hot water for few hours and remove the skin.
- Grind the almonds to a paste by adding water little by little.
- Mix almond paste with sugar and cook in a non stick pan on medium heat.
- Keep stirring by adding butter little by little.
- Add yellow color.
- Cook till the mixture comes away from the sides of the pan.
- Pour the mixture into a greased plate and flatten out.
- Cool and cut into desired shapes.
Ease of Preparation: Difficult
Tips:
- The paste should not be watery.
- Measure the paste and take equal amount of sugar or little more.
