Tips: 1. Use NONSTICK for this recipe!!! Makes cooking and clean up so EASY. 2. Using Ricotta cheese is an easy way to get the creamy, milky taste. When boiling the cheese and condensed milk, be careful since it splatters. Use a splatter guard lid ( the one with a mesh) Just cover and stir around only when needed. 3. I love to serve warm carrot halwa with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. A great combination.
