My mom mentioned that she had a tasty dessert with sago and lychees at a relatives house. I wanted to try making a version of that dessert.Here is my recipe – I tried it for a dinner get together and it was delicious.![]() Ingredients: 3 / 4 cup sago/sabudhana/jav arisi (the small variety if you find it) 2 ½ cups whole milk 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp custard powder dissolved in 1 / 2 cup cold milk 1 – 20 oz can lychees in syrup drained (reserve ½ cup syrup) Preparation:
