Everyone loves potato,especially kids.Simple dish for a quick meal.Goes very well with curd rice or rasam.

Ingredients:

2 Large Potato
1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Oil
Salt to taste

Preparation:
  • Peel the potato & cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan & add potatoes along with rest of the ingredients.
  • Cover & cook in low flame till its done.

Tips:

Chilli powder can be replaced by 1 1/2 tsp sambar powder or curry powder.
Fry the potato for a long time (about half hour) in low fame for a crispier version.
