This is a very simple easy to make dish that goes very well with poori or chapathi.
Ingredients:
2 big Capsicum / Green Bell Pepper cut into thin strips
1 big Onion sliced thin
1 big Tomato chopped
1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Jeera
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan,add jeera followed by onion and cook till onion becomes soft.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and little salt.
- Cook till tomatoes become mushy.
- Add all powders and mix well.
- Cover with a lid and cook in low flame till oil floats on top.
- After this add capsicum strips and cook till it gets blended with the masala and oil floats on top.
