Tender potato cubes and drumsticks in a coconut gravy. Enjoy with hot white rice.

1 tbsp oil
1 pinch mustard seeds
1 pinch jeera/ cumin seeds
4 curry leaves
1 large potato cut in cubes
drumsticks (cut in 3 inch long pieces- about 10 pieces)
1 medium onion - sliced
1 tomato - chopped
1 tsp coriander powder
¾ tsp garam masala
1 pinch turmeric powder
½ tsp chili powder (optional)
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
Salt to taste

I used “Deep” brand cut , frozen drumsticks for this recipe.They are very tender and easy to use. Ease of preparation: Medium
