RECIPE CORNER Indian Recipes Veg - Gravy 
Yummy rich mushroom stew. Goes with chapathi. Thank you Jessey for sharing this recipe with me.
Cauliflower cooked in fried coconut/spice gravy. It can be served with chapathis or puris. Got this recipe from my sister Ajitha.
Eggplant pieces simmered in a spicy sauce with roasted coconut and sesame seeds. It is a wonderful side to several dishes - especially 
Biryani
Brinjals cooked in coconut and tamarind gravy. Goes very well with rice and appalam.
Tender potato cubes and drumsticks in a coconut gravy. Enjoy with hot white rice.
Kolumbu with drumsticks and brinjal that goes well with rice.
Bell pepper stuffed with mashed potato and cooked in peanut-sesame sauce.
Green peas cooked with onion, tomato and spices. Goes well with chapati.
The best accompaniment for Idli, dosa or pongal.
Simple gravy that goes well with white rice. Learnt it from my friend Jessey.
