Green peas cooked with onion, tomato and spices. Goes well with chapati.

Ingredients:

2 Cups cooked Green Peas
1 Red onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Curry Masala Podi
1/4 Cup chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt to Taste
2 Tbsp Oil

Preparation:

  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Saute chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste till transparent.
  • Add tomatoes and little salt. Cook till tomatoes are soft. Mash it with a ladle.
  • Add all powders and cook in low flame till oil separates.
  • Add cooked peas, salt and 1 cup water.
  • Cook till oil separates.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
