Vegetables cooked with coconut paste and spices. Goes well with chapathi.![]() Ingredients: 1 Potato diced Few Green beans sliced 1/2 Cup Green Peas 1/2 Cup Butterbeans 1 Carrot cut into 1"pieces 10 Green Beans sliced 1 Onion Sliced 1 Tomato chopped 2-3 Green Chillies sliced 1 Tsp Ginger-Garlic paste 1/2" Cinnamon 3 Cloves 1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves Salt to taste 2 Tsp Oil Grind to Paste: 1/2 Cup grated Coconut 1/4 Tsp Jeera 1/4 Tsp Sombu/Fennel Seeds 1 Tbsp Pottukadalai/Roasted Channa Dhal 1/8th Tsp Turmeric Powder Preparation: Pressure cook the vegetables with salt. Heat oil, add cinnamon, cloves, onion, little salt, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste. Fry till golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook till soft. Add the ground paste and cooked vegetables along with salt. Cook in low flame till oil floats on top. Add chopped coriander leaves.
