Nutritious and very easy to make dish. Goes well with rice and rasam.

Ingredients:

2 Cups Raw Papaya grated
1 1/2 Tsp Oil
Salt to taste


Seasoning:

1/4 Tsp Mustard seeds
1 Tsp Urad Dhal
1 Red Chilli broken into pieces

Preparation:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the seasonings.
  • When mustard crackle, add the grated papaya and salt.
  • Cover and cook till done.
