Try this delicious and 'uncomplicated’ cutlet recipe - An instant hit with kids.These warm,crisp mixed vegetable cutlets are sure to disappear the minute they are served. A fun and easy way to help your child eat their vegetables - try making them in different shapes - with the help of your child, of course!!!!! Ingredients: 1 large onion chopped 1 cup fresh or frozen green peas 1 cup fresh or frozen carrots 1 /2 bunch coriander leaves chopped salt fresh ground pepper 1 egg beaten (OR) 2 tsp maida mixed with water(for those who want to avoid egg) 2 cups bread crumbs on a flat plate Oil to deep fry.
Preparation:
1.To make the cutlets more FUN, use different cookie cutters to make fun shaped cutlets.Dip cookies cutters in some oil before filling in the mixture. 2.You can boil potatoes separately and then add them to the mix .The results are the same. 3.If you want to avoid deep frying –bake cutlets at 400 F for 30 mins turning once halfway through cooking. 4.Rub some oil or wet palms while making the shape to avoid the mixture form sticking to your hands. 5.The perfect pattie for a veg. burger.
