Marinated chicken that is skewered and char grilled – The meat is succulent and full of flavor. Satay is a famous Thai dish .
1 lb boneless chicken breasts 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin / jeera powder 1 pinch turmeric (for color) 1 red chili (optional for more heat) 1 / 2 tsp fresh garlic ½ tsp fresh ginger 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp soy sauce salt at taste 1 tsp fish sauce For Peanut Sauce: 1 /2 cup crunchy peanut butter 3 /4 cup coconut milk 1 /2 cup water 1-2 tbsps sweet chili sauce 1 - 2 tsps lemon juice 1 /2 tbsp soy sauce
Peanut sauce:
1. It is easier to thinly slice the chicken when it is partially frozen. 2. Make satay with any other meat you prefer like beef or lamb
