A quick but delicious marinade for your chops or steaks.
Ingredients:
1 kilo (2 lbs.) lamb chops
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped, fresh garlic
1 large onion, chopped
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Preparation:
- Put all marinade ingredients into a large ziplock bag and mix well.
- Add chops and marinate for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator, but no more than 2 hours or they may get too salty.
- Remove from marinade leaving any onions stuck to the meat and discard remaining marinade.
- Grill over medium-high heat until done.
- Place on a bed of chopped parsley for a beautiful presentation.
