15 baby bok choi / choy 2 - 14 oz cans chicken or vegetable broth 1 - 15 oz can - cream style sweet corn 1 /2 cup water 1 tsp fresh minced garlic 1 tsp oil salt to taste freshly ground black pepper
1. The base of the bok choi may have some soil, so cut off the lower part of the base and pull apart all the leaves and rinse thoroughly -so there is no trapped dirt. 2. Wrap bok choi with paper towels and store in the ‘crisper’ drawer of your refrigerator. 3. Bok choi is high in Vitamin A, Vitamin C and calcium, but it is low in calories.
