12 ounces egg noodles 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped 1 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped 3 tbsps vegetable oil 8 ounces cleaned prawns / shrimp 8 ounces fish cut into bite size pieces 8 ounces squid or mussels or clams 2 cups frozen vegetable (oriental or stir fry mix) Sauce: 2 tbsps soy sauce 1 /2 tsp sugar 1 /2 cup water or broth 1 tbsp corn starch 1 – 2 tsps sesame oil salt freshly ground black pepper For Garnish: 2 spring onions thinly slices
1. Use any one seafood or a combination. Works well either way. 2. Use fresh or frozen veggies – look for a colorful combination of red peppers, sugar snaps peas, beans, carrots, broccoli, water chestnuts etc.
