A delicious thick soup with corn and chicken - A soup I find myself ordering and enjoying time and again at any Indo Chinese restaurant.To top it off, when I served this to my daughter, she said it was the BEST SOUP in the whole world!!So heartwarming.....will def. be making it often!
1 boneless chicken breast 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 14 oz can chicken stock/broth 14 oz can sweet corn - cream style 2 tbsps butter 2 tbsps refined flour 1 / 2 cup milk 1/ 2 cup water 2 eggs beaten 1 tbsp corn starch (mixed with water) salt to taste freshly ground pepper 1 tsp oil 1 pinch aginomoto / MSG Garnish 2 spring onions chopped (green part only) 1 green chili chopped
