2 cups long grain rice or basmati cooked (rice cooked the previous day & refrigerated preferred) 3 /4 cup carrot cut 1 /2 cup peas 1 /2 cup green beans cut 3 /4 cup broccoli florets 3/ 4 cup red & green pepper cut 3 tbsps soy sauce 1 pinch ajinomoto salt to taste ground black pepper to taste 3 tbsps oil 2 eggs beaten 2 spring onions chopped (for garnish) Preparation:
Tips: 1. This is a good recipe when you have left over rice. 2. For quick fried rice - Use 2 cups of frozen vegetables (oriental or stir fry mix) instead of fresh veggies. 3.
