Cheese Ravioli with Creamy White Sauce

Cheese filled ravioli in a creamy smoked cheese and sun-dried tomato sauce.

Ingredients:

1 Lb mini round cheese ravioli
3 Garlic chopped
2 Tsp Butter
1 Tbsp chopped Sun-Dried Tomato
1 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
3/4 Cup grated Smoked Gouda cheese
3 Tbsp powdered Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp chopped Tomato
Salt to taste

Preparation:
  • Cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain and keep aside.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan.
  • Add chopped garlic and sun-dried tomato.
  • Saute for 30 seconds and add heavy cream and salt.
  • Give it a boil and add Gouda and Parmesan cheese.
  • Keep stirring until sauce is smooth.
  • Place ravioli on a serving plate and pour sauce over it.
  • Garnish with chopped tomato.
  • Serve immediately.
Tip:

Go easy on the salt as cheese is salty.
