Pasta Shell stuffed with Cheese, Mushroom & Spinach

Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with cheese, mushroom & spinach and then baked to perfection with pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients:

16 Jumbo Pasta Shells
1 Cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Whole milk Ricotta Cheese
1 Egg
1 Cup chopped Spinach
5 White Mushroom chopped
1 1/2 Cup Pasta Sauce
1 Jalapeño chopped
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup chopped Parsley
1/4 Tsp Pepper Powder
1/2 Cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese to sprinkle on top

Preparation:
  • Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
  • Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and cool.
  • In a bowl mix together mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, egg, mushroom, spinach, jalapeño, parsley, salt & pepper.
  • Stuff the cooked shells with the cheese mixture.
  • In a baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of pasta sauce.
  • Arrange stuffed shells in the baking dish.
  • Spread remaining sauce over shells.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Bake until hot and bubbly.
