Good accompaniment for most of the Mexican dishes.

Ingredients:

3 Fresh Tomatillo quartered
1 Tbsp Coriander/Cilantro leaves chopped
1 Jalapeno
1 Tsp Onion chopped
Salt to taste

Preparation:
  • Boil tomatillo in water for 5 minutes and drain.
  • Blend cooked tomatillo with rest of the ingredients in a blender.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
