These chicken fingers are crisp and juicy, easy to prepare and kids will definitely dig in. Serve with a nice salad. Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup all purpose flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
3 / 4 cup milk
oil for deep frying

1 /2 cup honey
1 /4 cup Dijon Mustard

1. Prepare the honey mustard sauce 1 or 2 days in advance and refrigerate, so the flavors have time to blend. 2. Place flour in a resealable plastic bag. Dip chicken strips in milk, then put them in the bag. Shake bag well to coat all chicken strips. 3. If making for a large group, they can be fried 1 day ahead and reheated in the oven at 300 F just before serving.
