Hash Brown Potato Casserole

An easy dish that kids are sure to enjoy .

Ingredients:

1 30oz pkg shredded hash browns

1 stick melted butter

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 6oz shredded mozzarella cheese

8 oz sour cream

1 tsp salt

Topping

2 cups crushed corn flakes

1 stick melted butter

Preparation:

  • Thaw hash browns and combine all 6 ingredients.
  • Place in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle melted butter over top.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 min

Mouth watering...
Hajara, this seems to be a mouth watering casserole -potatoes,cheese & butter!!!!Will def. try it for the next kids party or potluck. :p
