sweet and sour
Hi Haneeda! Thanks to u again for making a terrific site like this one (Bravo!). I like the sisterhood feeling we are creating here! Let me just say I know what u mean about the meatball thing. It's nice to have a juicy homemade meatball so we can avoid preservatives and questionable meat in the frozen ones. FYI, if you also like sweet and sour flavor, like barbeque, my auntie caters weddings and her meatballs are always requested. Her *secret* sauce is nothing more than a bottle of Kraft original barbeque sauce mixed with a whole can of crushed pineapple. Simmer it to let the flavors mingle and then add the meatballs. Delish! however, she uses frozen meatballs, this recipe came from a Finnish lady in our community who was a professional chef in Finland, lucky me to have cool neighbors! Enjoy! :grin
